hb = half board| phb = part half board
All prices are per person per night in euros for weekly bookings of at least 5 nights including extensive breakfast buffet, dinner, on 4 nights in case of part half-board booking, garage, safe, refrigerator, bathrobe, satellite TV, radio as well as taxes and services.
Children up to 3 years will stay for free in parents room (studio/suite), from 4-14 years, we will discount 65% from the price. For 3rd and 4th guests (from 15 years), we will deduct 40% off the bill.

- Arrival day: Your room will be available by 4:00 pm at the latest.
- Depature day: Please vacate your room by 11:00 am.
- Please enclose a deposit of € 1.000,.00 in order for us to confirm your reservation.
- In case of late arrival or early departure, we will charge you the corresponding fee as well as € 50,00 per person per night
- We kindly request you not to bring any pets, as we cannot take them according to the interest of our other guests.
