The white ring – Lech, Zürs, Zug, Oberlech
The race “the white ring” starts in Lech at the Rüfikopf and leads over the Schüttboden and the Hexenboden to Zürs, over the Madloch-Joch to Zug and from there to the finish over the Kriegerhorn to Oberlech.
The longest ski race in the world looks back on a long tradition. Today 1000 enthusiastic competitors start in Lech and overcome 5.500 meters of height difference and 22 kilometers of pists every year – always on the hunt for a best time. Racing legends, VIP´s or hobby sportsman, they all try to push the record time down to under an hour.
