We are pleased that you want to spend your vacation with us on the Arlberg. Please note the following information regarding this!
Arrival and departure
Arrival: Your room will be available from 4 pm.
Departure: Please leave your room by 11 am.
Payment options
Cash, Masters, Visa, Diners or by bank transfer (only in advance).
Reservations & cancellation
We require a deposit of € 1000 to finalize your reservation. In the case of delayed arrival or premature departure, we charge 90% of the confirmed price .
Pets
In the interest of our guests it is not possible to host pets in the hotel.
Travel insurance
We are pleased to offer travel cancellation insurance.
